Working at Greenfield

The Greenfield staff body is made up of a committed and passionate group of teachers, teaching assistants, nursery nurses and practitioners, estates team members, support and leadership staff. We also have an experienced board of governors who donate their time and expertise to the continued development of the school.

Community and Camaraderie

The atmosphere enjoyed by the children at Greenfield is undoubtedly thanks to the positive and supportive energy that is created by the staff. Teaching and non-teaching staff alike enjoy opportunities to chat and build great working relationships throughout their usual working day. We also encourage staff to bond through wellbeing initiatives such as the staff choir, quiz nights and book club. Twice a year we bring the entire staff together, including our Little School Nursery team, estates team and support staff, to reflect on the previous term and unwind at our Christmas dinner and summer BBQ events.
