The Forefront of Modern Education
The school has grown in popularity in recent years and, we believe, this is down to our inclusive ethos and responsive educational philosophy. The school became two-form entry in September 2019, opened a 50 week nursery in 2021 and in 2022 was voted Prep School of the Year by the TES.
Greenfield’s strength lies in recognising individual talents offering opportunities which help to instil within each pupil a level of self-belief, ambition and capability that enables them to tackle the challenges that lay ahead. In particular, our preparation for the 11+ and the scholarship application programmes we deliver are specifically designed to ensure each of our pupils moves onto the senior school that is right for them, with the best possible outcomes.
Early Years
Greenfield has a beautiful nursery for babies 6 months+, a busy and bustling Early Years Department, an inspiring Pre-Prep and focused yet spirited Prep provision. All children benefit from outstanding facilities including sports hall, dance studio, multi-media suite and science lab. All of this is housed under one roof, something which is unique amongst Woking’s independent schools, and helps to create a family atmosphere with strong bonds between children of all ages.
Community
The Greenfield community goes beyond the classroom and our PTA (FroGS) helps to bring families and staff together to celebrate milestones, make wonderful memories and raise funds. The Greenfield ethos permeates all aspects of school life, ensuring that our pupils move into their teenage years with a strong moral compass, robust sense of self and the confidence to stand up for what they believe is right.
