Reception

Greenfield School offers Reception children a magical start to their educational journey: specialist lessons, impressive ratios and an incredible school setting ensure that pupils make great strides forward in their learning.

Starting in Reception is always a milestone moment for children and parents alike, and we believe that the experience a child has in their Reception year is integral to helping them build a positive relationship with school and education. At Greenfield, we aim to make this year as memorable and impactful as possible; striking a balance between important educational progress, development of key social skills and ensuring discovery, opportunity and adventure lay around every corner.

Building on the excellent foundations in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), pupils of all abilities make strong progress in their learning, through to Year 6.
