Hiring Our Facilities – Corporate Hire

Take your corporate meetings and conferences to the next level with our spacious and functional spaces to hire.

  • Conference Suite: With plenty of natural daylight, our conference room offers a peaceful and functional space for hosting meetings. Includes WiFi, presentation facilities, air-conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities.
  • Sports Hall (carpeted): Used for our School’s end-of-year ceremonies, our sprawling sports hall acts as an ideal space for summits, AGMs and larger events.

All Day Meeting

  • 8am – 6pm
  • Weekdays only
  • Conference Suite

  • One Day Hire: £175.00

Twilight Meeting

  • 5pm – 8pm
  • Weekdays only
  • Conference Suite
  • Breakout space
  • Tea, coffee and water
  • Hire fee: £110.00

Conference

  • 8 hours hire
  • Sports Hall (carpeted)
  • Stage and Mic
  • PA System
  • Chairs
  • Weekday Hire: £1200
  • Weekend Hire: £1350

Team Building/Away Day

If you are looking to host a unique team building or away day, Greenfield has an array of indoor and outdoor options that could accommodate your activities. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements in further detail and receive a bespoke proposal.

Terms and Conditions

  • All bookings are subject to availability around the school’s ongoing calendar of events.
  • Set up as a boardroom, the conference suite has a maximum capacity of 12 attendees.
  • The conference suite is equipped with a smart TV and conferencing facilities.
  • For £3 pp extra refreshments may be added onto any package (minimum 8ppl).
  • The maximum capacity for Conferences in the Sports Hall is 500ppl.
  • All bookings are subject to a contract with full Terms and Conditions.
  • All bookings are subject to a Damages deposit, which is refundable subject to conditions, including (but not limited to) mess, breakages, and any associated cleanup fees.
