Hiring Our Facilities – Parties & Celebrations

• Available times for afternoon hire: Saturdays (3pm onwards) and Sunday (10am onwards)
• Hire fee (3 hours): £275.00

• All bookings are subject to availability around the school’s ongoing calendar of events.
• No smoke machines to be used.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the entire premises.
• Music and entertainment must end at 23.00 for the premises to be vacated by 23.30. Later hire requests must be made in writing and will be subject to an additional fee.
• All updates and changes must be made in writing at least 1 week prior to each event.
• AV equipment may be hired at an additional cost.
• All external suppliers booked for an event must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the event date.
• 1 hour set up time is granted before each event: earlier access cannot be guaranteed.
• No 18th or 21st birthday parties. Children’s party packages may be booked for birthdays up to age 12.
• All bookings are subject to a contract with full Terms and Conditions.
• All bookings are subject to a Damages deposit, which is refundable subject to conditions, including (but not limited to) mess, breakages, and any associated cleanup fees.
